“Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health.
But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. “Upon arrival, it took a while to get checked in. Attendant was cleaning rooms and completing front desk tasks. We had to locate her to check in. The first room we got smelled, had pepperonis and a contact on floor. A soccer ball by the chair and bathtub was dirty. Clearly, it had not been successfully cleaned. We asked for a different room, and the room smelled, lights didn't work in entry and by beds, tub stained, but it was a little cleaner than first one. Front desk clerk/room attendant……
