"When we checked in the condo was not cleaned from the previous renters. It took 10-15 minutes, plus sending several pictures of the slept-in beds, dirty bathrooms etc to convince the property manager that it was not cleaned. The dishes were dirty.When someone did clean it, it was not a good job. The dishes were dirty. We washed every dish before we used it. I don't think anyone cleans the kitchen drawers - ever. We washed every kitchen utensil before using it. "

"This is my second time staying at Little Tahoe. I love it so much. The beds were so comfortable we slept in so late each morning. I wish i had rented it for a few more days, we did not want to leave. The kitchen has everything. They even provided you with things you might have forgotten. I feel so relaxed from our time there. The outdoor balcony seating was bliss. We saw a family of cows eating the neighborhood grass. Owners are quick to answer any questions you might have. A cabin built with love and details. So much so we played eye spy with my little eye. It was fun to look at the cool antiques they decorated with. I Love the huge couch. We all were able to lay down comfortably and watch tv and movies together. I will be back!!! Thank You Thank you!!! "

"We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. It was clean, very cute with a lot cabin charm, great location close to the lake, well stocked and comfortable! The only thing I would change is the mattress on all of the queen beds in the bedroom we’re not very comfortable. Other than that, we highly recommend this place. "

"Incredible location, especially if you plan on skiing at China Peak. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and it had just snowed making it even more special. The condo was larger than we thought and well equipped in the kitchen, with tons of games to play and a great tv setup. The surrounding neighborhood, lake and forest were stunning, especially with the fresh 4’ of recent snow fall. Only regret was not booking an extra day in advance. If you are making a multiple day trip up there just make sure to bring all food and beverages you would like to have, there is not much more than a couple small convenient stores up there. Thank you! "Comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Although the house looks weathered on the outside, the layout is excellent. The living is upstairs and all bedrooms AND bathrooms are downstairs. Stairs are a little steep as the only downside. I would stay there again."

"The upstairs shower did not work. The blinds downstairs were broken. The downstairs sink had a loose screw and hardly functioned. The location was amazing and the manager lent me an extension cord which was very nice. Easy to find and check in. "
