"Exterior not well maintained. Although the description to water front was clear about being challenging we would not even attempt it. I would not take small children to this property due to poison ivy near house and cliff like drop off"

"The house was incredibly dirty on the outside, clearly hasn't been maintained in a very long time. There were no river views, as advertised. The deck falling apart, all the lights were destroyed, and the furniture was falling apart. None of the TVs in the rooms had remotes, rendering them useless. ..."
