"The valet service for the parking lot was really weird. I’d never had this experience before so I was very confused by it. You have to take all of your stuff out of your vehicle right away before you can go into the hotel to check in because they take your vehicle and put it on top of this parking structure. I forgot something in my car and since it was already parked up on the very top with 2 cars underneath, I wasn’t able to access it. They also keep your keys overnight and in the morning when I went to get my car, it was apparent that the keys had been left inside my car since the guy did not grab the key from the booth before he went to pull it out. Maybe it’s just me because I have never experienced this before but I did not like that. The staff was fine, not overly friendly or welcoming. The hotel was also fine. Just pretty basic. The beds were comfortable enough for a one night stay. The shower was nice. It was pretty noisy outside and in the hall. You can hear every little noise and I think because the floor is tiled, it just echoes. I didn’t bother with the breakfast buffet since other reviews said it wasn’t worth the money. The one plus was that it was in a good location since we were attending a concert at the prudential center so it was in a short walking distance. Google Maps did take us to the wrong spot originally so we had to call and ask where the parking lot was, which was on another street. "

"It was the WORST experience. The room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes, we requested to change rooms, and the only solution they gave us was to spray the room. Then they moved us to a room without air conditioning. The receptionist had the WORST intention. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THAT HOTEL."

"Not too bad if you’re staying for a night or two. The hotel was clean, however it looked a little more run down than in the pictures. When we checked in our keys didn’t work and had to wait about 10 min for maintenance to change the battery in our door, they told us this is a common occurrence. Please be aware everything costs extra. Just to park your vehicle in the parking lot they charge $11/night and then wifi is around $10/day and it may be per device, I don’t remember and also no complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and the check in/out process was easy. Overall not the best, but not bad either."
