"Yes, the accomodation was clean but very dilapidated, old and full of nick naks which was annoying. There was a lot of building wors on the road in and around the town. I would not recommend this area to anyone "

"This was a beautiful stay and perfect for our family of four. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. When we arrived, it seemed the cleaning staff had not been as thorough as they should have been, or perhaps there had been a lengthy period between the home being cleaned and our arrival. I shared minor concerns with the property manager, and the cleaning staff arrived the next morning. The home was spotless and beautiful when we returned from lunch. We had a great time using the pool, the deck, and relaxing in the hope. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to beaches and other impressive exploration opportunities. We'd definitely book this home again. "

"Our group of 14 said this was the best trips we've ever had as a family, if not the best! When my husband and I travel solo, we enjoy resorts with exceptional service- such as Rosewood or the Four Seasons- and Villa Buena Onda exceeded our expectations. In a private rental you usually don't get the same level of service as you do at a resort (nor do I expect it). However, Villa Buena Onda provides a full service experienceFrom before booking to check out, Charlie was amazing! He replied promptly with detail to my questions (I had a lot)On a day to day basis, we had Samuel, Ashley &Nela on staff. Nela made delicious meals every day and was so sweet to make a cake for one of our guest's birthday. Ashley & Samuel took care of anything we needed during the day. A few went deep sea fishing. Samuel offered to clean the fish and then staff prepared it for lunch for us (even though we did not have lunch included in our meal plan- more on that later- and expected to clean the fish ourselves).The villa was gorgeous. Rooms were comfortable & well stocked.The grounds and outdoor setup provide your own private oasis. The covered lounge area with fans made it pleasant to sit outside all day by the pool. The spa is a nice touch and recommended. I recommend adding the full bar to the meal plan. We opted NOT to do it because there were a couple people in our group who don't drink, but in hindsight it would have been easier and well worth it. I highly recommend Villa Buena Onda!"

"The room was excellent and the beach club was even better. The food and drinks were great. The servers made sure that you always had a drink when you wanted it. The infinity pools were amazing. Definitely a must book place when coming to Playas del Coco"

"Great location, very comfortable, nice balcony, very beautiful pools and surrounding grounds. There’s no usable closet in the master bedroom. However, there is a closet right outside in the hallway."

"The location of the condo was great, although further from the Beach Club than expected. A golf cart or car is certainly very handy to have - we loved the golf cart.A few suggestions for improvement - some shelves and hooks in the master closet would be useful, as not many places to put away clothes.More detailed instructions on the condo complex would be useful - a map of complex in advance, instructions about garbage disposal, how to use TV, pool rules ( taking away your towel and belongings if you haven't been there for 15 mintues), all would have been helpful to know in advance. But beautiful complex all round. Great place to stay."
