The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking garage access to the rooms was very inconvenient and very far to walk. The breakfast options were expensive and I feel like it should’ve been a free continental breakfast at least. Or better options.

The room felt smaller than most rooms, but very clean. The room above us did not let us sleep all night. It sounded like the laundry room or something else that made a lot of noise. The location is perfect. It is driving distance to the aquarium and Carmel.

It was close to many things in Monterey. I rate the hotel low because of the thin walls. The guests staying upstairs were literally stomping to walk. I’d wake up to the sound of them walking early in the morning or when they get in late at night. I told the front desk but I don’t think they said anything to them.

Great place to relax. Updated room and clean. Requested room with pool view which was given. Unfortunately the windows are so thin that the noise from the pool was prominent. Nice view but not worth it.
