"Great staff beautiful grounds"

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was basic but nice: clean, hot shower, decent beds, good wifi. The hotel amenities were great, with excellent common areas such as kitchenette with fridge, jacuzzi, outdoor lounge areas, recreation and wellness areas. The proximity to the national park cannot be beat as the hotel is just steps from the entrance. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful."

"The room was heavily scented in air freshener, but the staff corrected the issue to the best of their abilities. Sophia in the restaurant was outstanding! 5 stars for her service!!!"

"The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. Thermal pools were nice and spacious"
