"Front desk staff were extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Outdoor pool was awesome, heated to perfection despite being 40°F outside. Restaurant food was delicious. We needed more pillows and they were there in the blink of an eye. The convenience of getting to Bell Centre for the Lady Gaga show via the underground city was awesome! No need to walk outside. Will definitely stay here again! "
