"Welcoming staff & clean, what was needed for my short stay."

"Nicely renovated room. Though they need to address the windows, they are always dripping condensation despite the loud fan running constantly. We booked a room through Expedia, it was supposed to have 3 queen beds in it. When we got there, it only had 2. I went to reception and they said they don’t even have rooms with 3 queens. That made for a frustrating, awkward situation. Otherwise, the complimentary shuttle service to the airport is excellent. The pool is nice. The hotel is clean. We would go again."

"Everything was great! Cleanness, staff, amenities. However, the refrigerator un ny room (505) was very noisy and it woke me up at night. Also, the room’s floor was very cold and I forgot my slippers. I wish you could offer or even sale some discardable slippers. "

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We arrived very late and the staff was efficient and pleasant. As well, there is a 24 hour service to buy snacks that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this place."

"Stayed for 4 nights and have no major complaints. The hotel was very busy due to hosting conventions, but the staff were still very responsive and available. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly and on time. The pool was great and the kids used it every day. We paid extra for the breakfast and while it wasn’t mind blowing it was quite good and convenient, and worth the cost. The weekday breakfast worker, Guy, was such a friendly and memorable character, and was full of helpful advice for newcomers to the city. The hotel itself was conveniently located and we made a lot of use of the connected Bonaventure subway station. Overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely go back. And if I had to make any suggestion at all, it felt like there needed to be more hooks to hang jackets or clothing, especially in the bathroom. It’s a minor issue but I just figured I’d mention it somewhere."
