Lovely hotel, central location.

Posted Jul 19, 2017
Pros: It's a classy and beautiful hotel - charming and well updated.
Cons: We arrived at rush hour, so valet and parking was a bit hectic. But again - it was at rush hour so understandable.
Location: This hotel is close to everything - very centrally located and close to old Montreal, downtown, markets, museums, etc.
We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Montreal. My husband and I stayed two nights - the hotel was beautiful and the room itself was clean, quiet, and updated. Staff was friendly and professional. This hotel has an excellent central location - we walked to Old Montreal, Atwater Market, Crescent area, and Museum of Fine Arts with ease. We wished we'd had time to try to bar and restaurant located within the hotel - they both looked excellent. The hotel is also connected to a metro station/underground mall, with shops, cafes, and a Starbucks - super convenient. Price was reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Parking is paid for separately at a per day rate, but that's par for the course when you're staying in downtown Montreal. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Good Location.

Posted Jul 11, 2017
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: The escalator to the reception desk hard to find when I first arrived as I was unfamiliar with the hotel. A staff member had to point it out to me.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance of Old Montreal, Old Port, Notre-Dame, China Town, Downtown, the Palais de Congress, and Place des Artes.
This was a very pleasant hotel located nicely between Old Montreal and Downtown. It is within walking distance of several attractions and also close to the metro for further excursions. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is nicely decorated and the room was spaceous and clean.

Great downtown hotel near Old Montreal

Posted Jul 4, 2017
Very comfortable beds, nice contemporary design and friendly hotel staff (especially Alexi at the front desk, the servers in the bar, the young man at the front desk on Sunday morning, etc. made this a nice hotel stay. Great location and a terrace and indoor pool are added bonuses. I'll stay here again for sure!!

Good location next to Old Montreal. Well-connected to underground pathways. Plenty of eating options around.

Hotel is nice... especially for the price. The bathrooms need to be updated.
