The Landing was clean and very reasonably priced. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. If all rooms had ironing boards (available only from the front desk) coffee pots in the rooms, it’d be perfect.

The hotel facility was an older hotel upgraded and renovated. Our room was quiet and convenient to the wharf. A view of “The Rock” was clear from our unit. A very nice experience!

We enjoyed our stay! Only unexpected item was that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Thankfully my 75 year old mother who was on the trip was able to do stairs ok. This may be noted regarding the property but I don’t recall seeing anything.

Room and general property was nice, but floor in room was dirty with hair and debris and the outside hallway and stairs was spattered with bird poop. I know it’s Morrow Bay, but they could have done a better job cleaning up the bird poop.
