"The good news: Guadalupe and her kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. She made the biscuits from scratch and was constantly checking to see that all was good. The room was missing a remote for the TV, a hair dryer, and a coffee pot. The guy at the desk in the lobby in the evening made no effort to help. The only thing replaced during our 2-day stay was the hair dryer."

"The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!"

"The shade in the room was broken upon arrival. After rolling it up, some additional light was helpful. Not sure when the shower floor was cleaned last, either. The bed was fine, location was fine. Asked for a later checkout and was told NO. See the picture of what the parking lot looked like at 3:50pm. "

"The air worked but was noisy. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The pool is disgusting. Very cloudy and unable to see the bottom. The top step on one of the ladders was broken. There was a constant drip coming from the ceiling in the hallway. Most of the exercise equipment would not turn on. There were water stains everywhere, some covered by spray paint. Very poor repair work. The pool, the bar, breakfast area and check in counter are all in the same room which made everything muggy with an odor. The pictures online look nothing like what we experienced. I will never stay there again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. "

"Hotel needs updated! I callef Hilton reservations to make sure there was a sofa bed in the room. They confirmed there was. Surprise no spfs sleeper. Called front desk they said I should have booked a suite if i wanted a sofa sleeper. Then said there was nothing they could do. We had to search for another room somewhere and most places were full. Very disappointed in this place and breakfast far so, so, nothing to come back to."

"The bathroom door looked like someo e tried to punch a hole in it. There were bugs in the room. The staff was great. The neighbors in the room above mine was really noisy as was the ones down the hall. "

"Everything was good except the pillows where not firm and the shower head sprayer just one way not many. Other than it was a great stay. Like customer service was excellent and helpful. "
