“The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. However, our door was not hung properly which caused it not to open and close properly. I required quite a "shove" with my body to open or close the door. I reported this to the front desk on two separate occasions, being told each time they were "working on it" and "waiting on a part." At no time were we offered a different room or a discount. Since returning home, I have emailed the manager describing our experience and asking for a discount on the……
