The staff was friendly, but our room was not in the best shape. We found hair on the wall in our shower and dark stains on our comforter. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The shape of the room was the only disappointment.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast a huge disappointment. Coffee very weak. Juices very watery. Our last morning we just left and went to a restaurant. I think it was the worst we have ever had except during Covid. Sorry to be so harsh.

The handicap lift in the pool area did not work. The General Manager and a Assistant Manager worked on if for several hours until it was fixed. They went above and beyond any other hotel that we stayed at.
