This property was clean and very well kept. The staff were all very personable and polite. Breakfast was wonderful! I will recommend this place to everyone that I know.

Place is comfy, plenty of stores and restaurants. Parking is easy. Breakfast is decent. Waffle machine is great

Clean place

Traveling with a small dog. Only nicer place around that didn't charge extra fee. We often had to settle for a low budget hotel or spend $75 pet fee for a nicer, cleaner place. This Comfort Inn was a "5" for us!

I am from the Spencer/Salisbury and pastor a church in Belmont. My home in Spencer currently has a broken hot water heater and was in town to have some medical test done and could not drive afterwards. Saw this hotel on line and the price was really good. It is really nice and if I need t come back and stay somewhere in town until repairs are made at my home, this is the place to stay.

My stay here was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful the room was perfectly clean and cozy. I was traveling with a newborn so it could’ve been more stressful if that staff wasn't as nice and understanding as they were

Staff was kind and amazing. We were only there 1 night and noticed a lot of guests outside walking very well behaved dogs. I work in a veterinary clinic and was very impressed by how the staff as so sweet and welcoming to the animals and humans. Some hotels claim they are pet friendly but you’ll get nasty looks from stuff queen you walk in with a pet. Not here. Here the staff are pet lovers too!

Crystal rhe manager and her staff ( they called each other family) went out of their way to ensure our stat was excellent the over exceeour expectations

The stafff here are very helpful. My room was perfectly located across a big grassy area that my dog loved. The last day of my stay my a/c wasn’t working so the manager put me into another room with the same amenities & even closer to grassy area!! The breakfast is balanced choices & I loved the tea selection. Site has cameras everywhere and I felt very safe. The beds are great too!!!

Check in was very quick and the attendants were very friendly. We came from Hickory because we are without power water and internet. We would have stayed again but they are booked so we had to go elsewhere as my husband needs internet for work. I’ll be driving to Morganton which is a crap show with. I water but it’s nice to have a place to go and have working utilities since it may be 2 weeks until we have ours restored.
