“Bien situé”

“Our favourite place out of the entire two weeks we were travelling around Italy! Excellent room and staff service was great, (thank you Massimo), very spacious and everything was new! Felt really safe around the area but the location might add an extra 10 min walk from the main Venice attractions compared to if you were to stay closer to the San Marco area. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Location is perfect For elderly people, even if it says 1st floor, there are about approximately 15 stairs to go up. The place was clean, everything privided( bed sheets, towels, slippers.., but no washer in the appartment). Would definitely recommend and come back.”

“住宿設備齊全。Apartment很大，而且很新淨”

“Electricity kept tripping off but otherwise good”

“Camera pulita, profumata e comoda”
