“This property was exactly as described. Very clean upon arrival and easy to find. Short distances to restaurants and a CVS across the street incase you forget anything. Kitchen was stocked and we cooked multiple meals during our stay. The showers had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap for our use which was great. “This house is located perfectly in the middle of everything. The house was very nice as well. The property manager is very friendly. I would definitely be renting again.”

“It's not far from George R Brown center, and takes around 20 minutes by walking. There is a police station nearby, and it made me feel safe. The unit is big, also the kitchen is big. We stayed in this unit for a week, and the big unit and kitchen made us feel comfortable like home.”

“Definitely enjoyed our stay. We started out celebrating my birthday on day one and day two we brought our girls to hang out. The property is beautiful and attention to deal is evident. The host was avaliable always, even in the middle of the night. We will definitely book again. Worth every penny.”

“We stayed in the bottom half of the house. It was clean & stocked with everything we needed for our weekend get away! Weather was bad, lost power but the host was kind enough to offer us a small reimbursement as we did have to get a hotel 1 night just beside of Texas heat we couldn’t go without AC! All in all this place is great, the gate made us feel safe & the host was wonderful. Easy check in and check out process. ”

“Nice newer property! Neighborhood is... well, a mix of new property and boarded up houses. But, I never felt unsafe! It's a great location in proximity to the GRB Convention Center (for which I went to for a convention). An en-suite bath per room is nice! Overall, a great place!”

“My stay was wonderful. I was under the weather so I only went out once. I can tell it’s a nice house in a bad looking neighborhood but I felt safe. I enjoyed the tea layout and those wonderful blankets were so hard to not take I could sleep for hours. You can hear the train but I don’t mind. “Our family vacation was wonderful. The first time we've all been able to travel together and stay in the same place, in a very long time. This house was very warm and had all of at amenities of home. The coffee bar had me at hello. Our host Stella answered all of my questions and was very prompt and courteous.
