Pictures are very deceptive.

The staff was very nice but the room that we stayed in was nothing like the pictures the beds had permanently misshaped and it made it very difficult to sleep in. Also what looked like mold in the bathroom on the baseboards. Luckily we did not spend that much of our time. The room during our stay.

Mother/daughters trip

We stayed for 5 days. The property served our needs well. Being on the beach and close to attractions and food. We did have to go down to the front desk for more towels bc the room had 2 for the 3 of us. Our key card didn’t always work but replacing it was no problem. Some suggestions to make it even better: kitchen wash cloth, non stick fry pan or griddle, beach towels/chairs, hangers for the closet or hooks to hang towels/clothes. Out between the hotel and beach there were umbrellas and 2 chairs for rent $50 a day and $45 for each day following. Overall, it was a great trip and we loved the area.

Very convenient stay

Overall, the stay was nice. The beds were a little harder than I like. Kitchen was furnished with your basics. The location was really good and it was also super convenient to the beach. It was really nice having 2 pools and a lazy river. The hotel restaurant was ok, service was a bit slow, and the food was lacking quality. Overall a good stay for the price

Patricia Grand - Pet friendly

We were happy to find such a pet friendly place that was oceanfront. There's a small park beside of the hotel which is the perfect place for potty breaks. I'd definitely stay there again with my pooch.

Great place to stay!

The view is beautiful and the room is spacious and clean. The bed is harder than I prefer but my husband loved it. (Ownership should consider having one bed set as soft and one set as hard, so guests have options.) There is small amounts of visible wear and tear on the bathroom walls but the shower is clean and the pressure of the hot water was perfect. We did have to buy toilet paper because the paper provided easily shredded into several pieces while unwrapping it, let alone trying to use it. The entry door does stick quite a bit so you have to have free hands to get it open, but it also means no one will try and enter when your not there or trying to sleep! We would stay there again for the price we paid and the location to our event for sure!

Great resort for families!

Lots of amenities for all ages however definitely difficult when it came to checking in and checking out. It’s a very large property and with so many people trying to check in and check out at once, the elevators were very busy and it sometimes took 10 minutes just to get down from your floor back to the lobby. As long as you make sure to check out early, you should be fine. Overall it was a great stay

Family vacation

We enjoyed the view and the amenities. The staff were very kind. We were disappointed with the cleanliness off our room though. Floors were dirty, bathroom counter had debri, microwave handle greasy, kitchen towel smelled,pillow cases were dirty. One pillow case has mascara on it.

The room was nice over all. Some items need to be updated like the lamps. Lamps had rust on them. Not a good look at all. Also there were no blankets on bed just a really thin sheet like comforter? Was literally thinner than the sheet. Everything else was ok. Needs a full mirror in the room. Women like to use full length mirrors to dress. It is a pet friendly hotel so be prepared to see dogs everywhere! There is a Starbucks that made it very convenient! Pool side bar and a bar and restaurant on 2nd floor! Indoor pool and jacuzzi and outdoor pool! Parking is crazy! The parking deck is very narrow so park before you start drinking lol!

Wonderful place to stay!

The room was clean and smelled clean, no bugs at all! Great view of the ocean front, where we watched dolphins from our room and beach! Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Stacy on the second floor indigo diner was phenomenal and very helpful. Parking garage easily accessible and out of way of major traffic. Clean and working Washer and dryer was available on a few floors which took $1:50 per each to use! (Bring your own detergent). You could also see the beach from the pools and hot tubs, which were also nice assets to the condo as well! Overall we had an enjoyable, relaxing stay!

A nice room with one hiccup

This room is exactly as advertised. It is small, but it was mostly clean. We had one small hiccup with the drain in the shower being very clogged. We did not notify the rental company because we were only there for two nights. We arrived on a Sunday night, and nobody took a shower until Monday night. We were leaving the next morning, so there was no opportunity for the rental company to fix it during our stay. However, with a clog this bad, it has been like that for awhile. I’ve included a picture of the back up after a normal 10 minute shower. Taking a shower in other people’s hair that’s floating up from the clogged drain is just gross. Part of the cleaning process should include pouring Drano down the shower drains at least once a week with the amount of people showering at a resort hotel room. So because of that I deducted a star from the rating. However, if they fixed the clog, I would stay here again. The room was fine otherwise.

Very clean, location was awesome!

This was our first time using VRBO and the whole process was easy. We will definitely use it again and stay at the Patricia Grand. The hotel was in a great location on the beach. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were amazing. Our whole experience was great! We can’t wait to do it again!

Great value, good place

Excellent view of the beach and ocean, stayed in studio on 16th floor. Spacious room. Kitchen and bath are a bit cramped. Resort has great amenities.
