Poolside bar

The property overall was great, however, the floors in our rooms had not been mopped for some time. Also, the poolside bar was rarely open, which was disappointing.

Christmas in Dixie.

This was a wonderful choice for our family. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff at the Camelot was over the top. Having the ability to park just outside the condo was also a major plus for me. Hope to see you again. We will certainly request unit 807 @ Camelot by the Sea...Happy New Year. Christa.

Good with Caveats

It was nice to have two bedrooms with a kitchen. The pools and hot tubs were nice. There could be more floats for the lazy river (there were only about six). The plumbing was finicky for the unit, and the toilet at times would not flush until it sat for a few minutes. Most importantly, we had no stable wi-fi for the unit during our stay. Cell service was also poor. This made it difficult to make phone calls, and to use our phone to search for restaurants, call for food delivery, look up directions, and search for attractions in the area.

Would come back

The view is great. The parking is super convenient. It’s quiet ( during off season). It’s clean. Plenty of towels. It’s spacious for up to 4 people. Kitchen has pretty much everything needed to cook. Nothing luxurious but neat for a vacation at the beach.

Nice stay

Great value for a 2 bed/bath unit with outstanding ocean views. Very nice indoor/outdoor water features. Would be a 5 star except common areas, hallways, etc are a little tired and need refreshing. Overall, great place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Clean and Friendly

This is the 3rd time that my family and I have stayed at Camelot by the Sea. Our room is always clean and well stocked. We stayed a week this time, and only had to ask for towels once. They aren't doing the normal cleaning due to covid. The room looked exactly as it showed. The staff is always helpful and friendly. You are always treated with kindness by every employee you meet. If we don't decide to bring our camper, we will be staying at Camelot.

Filthy

Dust covers the light fixtures, food on the floor from previous tenants. The beds were uncomfortable. No one from housekeeping came to our room to refill anything let along give us towels. Very disappointed with this hotel. I’d ask for my money back due to all the cleaning I did myself.

The pictures were deceiving. I wouldn’t refer this hotel to anyone. The beds were uncomfortable. Nicely decorated but only to cover up poor efforts at remodeling.
