Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom suite on the 11th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second bedroom has 2 two queen beds and the third room offers two twin beds. Other features include 85 inch smart TV in living room and smart tvs in all rooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities onsite include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

View can’t be beat!

Well appointed unit with more than enough space for 4 of us to spread out and not feel like sardines. View is amazing and we saw dolphins from the balcony many mornings!

Everything was as it should have been only one problem with the corner of the carpet as you go to balcony was curled up. Trip hazard we taped it down. All utensils you would need except cheese cutter(used dental floss to cut velveeta cheese)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was great. Thecondo was clean and spacious. The living accommodated all of us and the big TV was a big hit. The mattresses were not very comfortable. A bit too firm for our liking. Had to gave the dryer repaired due to a loud metal sound. They did fix it on our last day there.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo in a great location! Loved our stay and hope to return again. The layout of the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. BIG screen TV was a big hit for those not going out everyday to the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

Exactly as described!

Lovely spacious unit. Clean and all the amenities you need. Couple of maintenance issues (bedroom drawer malfunction and coffee maker quit on us) but both were dealt with very promptly after call to the hosts. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Large Condo in a great location

This is a great 3 bed, 3-bath condo in a great location for beach, walking, and pool. The unit is clean, and the pictures do represent what to expect. Eating and drinking establishments are a few blocks inland.

main complaint.. ad sleeps 8 but dining table only has room ( and chairs) for 6. same in living area, only seating for 6. should not have to bring straight chairs from dining. great views and location. carpet corners curled up creating a trip hazard we rolled it up and moved out of the way. sparse kitchen utensils. master shower needs safety grab rails for slippery floor would not book this unit again. does not meet expectations for a LUXURY unit

Unit 1106

The location, parking, beach access, outside building conditions were wonderful. This unit was spacious and well laid out. The ocean view is spectacular. It was clean and quiet too. The only thing was it was a little outdated and worn looking mainly paint, carpet, and appliances. We also had a disappointing discovery about renovations with the indoor pool and hot tub that we were not informed was taking place. I am sure upon completion these areas will look really good. It was one of the reasons for booking then my grandsons didn’t get to use them. Overall the good outweighs the bad so we still had a great time.

Retired best friends

We are three retired couples that like to vacation together. This condo was perfect. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was exactly what we wanted. The living room seated all of us as did the dining room table for cards each night. The dishwasher did not work. Maintenance did come look at it and decided it needed a new motor so we didn't have that for the week. However, that was really no big deal. We hand washed the dishes. The unit was perfect. The weather was great. Golf was so-so but everything can't be perfect. The guys still had fun. We would love to stay here again!

Southwinds Final Visit

Location and View!

Location/view were perfect! Rental office was responsive to text messages/calls. Condo complex was nice but the condo unit itself could use some updates (kitchen, tile/carpet and furniture). All 5 beds squeak when getting on them or when you roll over. The kitchen was a hot mess...read the reviews stating no frying pans. Still no frying pans, brought some just in case. Comfortable for 6 adults for a week stay. Unit was very clean.

Cheer Comp Weekend

SW1106 provided a nice place for a break from the action and some relaxing downtime. Beautiful ocean views. We've never stayed in this area of Myrtle and we enjoyed the location. Loved the wide-open comfortable living room area. Comfy recliners make for a great place to hang out and visit.Kitchen was a bit too small, but well equipped. Overall the property was lovely! We had an issue with the door code to get in upon arrival, but all it took was a phone call that was responded to quickly and efficiently and we had a new code and were able to get in.If I had one thing to be picky about, it would be the carpets throughout...they look old and dirty. Lots of spots.Otherwise, a lovely place and just what we needed for a great time to meet up with family!

Could’ve been better

Overall the place was okay. However, upon arriving we immediately noticed the dishwasher was not working correctly so we had to hand wash all of our dishes. There were several other issues that we pointed out to the property manager acknowledged but didn’t really do much about during our stay. We noticed them of the pots being in really bad shape and they did bring a new set while we were out for the day without notifying us that they would enter the place. None of the doors within the unit has locks on the doors including the bathrooms. Overall, our stay was okay but cleanliness and maintenance within the unit could’ve been a lot better.

Myrtle Condo

Condo was clean, Kitchen was reasonably furnished though it had no fry pans. Fortunately I brought most of the kitchen items needed to cook with. I was disappointed with the overall complex management not keeping their guests in check in the common area (pool) from using loud music and in general taking over the area. Sent a note to the condo owner and did not receive a response from them.

The condo was clean with a large balcony and many beds with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable reclining sofas next to the sound of the ocean was a treat for us. Easy check in instructions in a clean well maintained building with good communication with the manager. The location is a few miles from downtown which was nice to be a bit away. There isn’t many walkable restaurants nearby so a car or Lyft will be needed. Easy parking in and out of the ramp attached to the building was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo when staying at Myrtle beach.
