Recently renovated, 3rd floor oceanfront condo. This 3-BR, 2.5-Bath 1,250 sq ft condo is located on the ocean on Myrtle Beach’s Shore Drive in the popular Pelican’s Landing community. The only 3 BR complex on Shore Drive. The condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. You must be 25 or older to rent this condo per HOA rule. Linens are included and 2 beach chairs are available for use in the attached laundry room.

The unit features all new tile flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, a breakfast bar, updated appliances and bathrooms, a washer & dryer in unit, cable equipped smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, free parking, Wi-Fi, and an elevator to access to this 3rd floor condo. Two parking passes are also included with your booking.

This spacious unit has everything you need for your dream beach getaway. Amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool and another pool in front of the other Pelican's Landing buildings on the other side of the road, a grilling area, and a playground. What could be better than relaxing on your own private balcony with the ocean just steps away? There are plenty of windows throughout the CORNER unit to let in wonderful natural light.

Great location!

This was the perfect place for a little getaway. The view is amazing and it was so easy to get down to the pool and to the beach. It was also an easy walk across the street pick up some kitchen items we needed. The host was very accommodating to leave us parking passes so we could park and use the beach before check-in. The kids had a great time and so did the adults!

Wonderful Stay!

Condo was wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Loved the screen in porch. The king bed was comfortable. Very nice place to just relax and look out onto the ocean. Shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. Well stocked kitchen. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Easy check in. Would definitely come here again.

Beautiful condo. So clean and has great furnishings. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Screened deck and a second deck off the bedroom are great for relaxing any time of day.

Great location and wonderful place to stay!

We were only in town for a few days and this condo made me wish we could have stayed longer! It comfortably accommodated the six of us with tvs in all the bedrooms and cozy reclining furniture to watch tv in the living room. We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen, but it looked like it was well stocked with cooking utensils, place settings, and glassware. The king size bed in the master bedroom is easily the comfiest bed I've ever slept in while away from home. If we return to MB, this is the first place I will check to make our reservation!

Great location and views and space. Our family loved the screened in deck. We also appreciated the private deck off the primary bedroom. Bathrooms were nice and updated. Kitchen was nice and updated. Living space was a decent size, especially with the deck. Also, the owners have good taste. Little things like decent pans, scrub brushes, Himalayan pink salt ...nice touches add up. Close to good restaurants and Kroger.

Awesome Stay!

This was our first time booking off of VRBO and it was an amazing experience! Moe (the owner) is super accessible and responded very quickly when I reached out to him prior to our stay. The unit is in an incredible location with easy access to parking (underneath complex) and plenty of amenities around. The unit was incredibly clean, which is always a big concern for me. We've stayed in rentals before that are surface level clean but don't "feel clean" and this entire unit felt very clean and well maintained. All of the furniture was very comfortable (my children are demanding we purchase something similar to the couch & chair!) the washer, dryer, & dishwasher all worked very well. The balcony furniture was also in great shape and my favorite place to relax. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be booking in the future!

Clean and Comfortable

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean upon arrival, and well stocked. Previous guests had left trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap. This was a nice surprise. There were also beach chairs and boogie boards in the laundry area. Upon our arrival, we were missing one parking pass. I contacted the owner and he immediately answered and had a solution for us. During our stay there was an issue with the dryer. Again, I contacted the owner and he immediately responded. He had a repairman there that day with a fix. No vacation rental is without issues, but I was impressed with the prompt response and fixes that the owner provided. Thank you! We have stayed in Pelican's Landing several times in the past, with mixed experiences. This unit was very clean and the furniture (including mattresses!) was very comfortable. I believe that Pelican's Landing is the best condo building in the area. The location is wonderful for families. We enjoy the short walk to the pier and the shaded parking. It is a very family friendly building. Overall I would highly recommend this unit, and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental. The place was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning and made our trip extra special. The location was perfect. It was quiet and away from the busy main boardwalk area, but still within an easy 20 minute drive. The host was extremely responsive and communicative, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We felt very welcomed and had everything as stated. Would definitely recommend this place!
