“Soooooo smelly”

“we had a wonderful stay! so much character and it was a treasure! we love funky and cool and history and this fit the bill! amazing breakfast and evan was a warm and lovely host!”

“Great property and the hosts are accommodating and very personable. I would recommend as well as return without hesitation.”

“The property grounds were nothing to look at. Very non- welcoming, unkept. Lobby smelled musty. Staff were nice. Our room had been renovated, but there are very few available outlets to plug in your electronics. The location was convenient. Hopefully the owners will put a lot more money into renovating this place.”

“The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue……

“Loved the bold coffee”

“We took our special needs 9 year old on his first overnight vacation and this was the PERFECT space for us! Everything was very clean and well thought out and communication with the hosts was excellent. It is so close to all Mystic has to offer and yet was very quiet and very peaceful. We loved every minute of this cottage and will absolutely be back. Stay here ..you will not be sorry!”

“Perfect location!”

“Great location”

“Loved the location and communication we had with owner/staff. We would recommend having a TV in the apartment and a microwave. Other then that it was perfect.”

“Very clean, easily accessible to downtown whether by car or foot.”

“The house was spotless! We only stayed 1 night but the place is comfortable enough for a week’s stay in Mystic. Very convenient location, quiet street, and plenty of space for a family or small group. The water heater temp needs to be adjusted. The hot water gets extremely hot and I nearly scalded myself washing dishes.”
