"All staff were excellent, especially the reception, when I booked the room it was suppose to have a walk-in shower as I am disabled and we didn’t get one but they were able to find us a room that had a walk-in shower. The rooms were fairly clean except the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfasts, nothing too special, all pre-made and warmed up. What was very odd was on Sunday morning there were private swimming lessons taking place in the swimming pool, we felt like we were unable to use the full pool."

"The staff was very helpful and switched us to a better room as the room at the Sunny Beach Motel was not very good. No heat,. So she put us in a room at the Beach Side motel, which was on the same property, and was a 2 bedroom with heat, at no extra charge which was very nice! It was clean and comfortable."
Siesta Suites

"Very friendly staff. Best location for beach and food. Clean and well maintained. The outdoor and indoor pool and hot tubs were nice but didn’t have time to enjoy it. Kitchen was nice n clean. The heater didn’t work. Very highly recommended. We will stay there again for sure. Thank you 😊"

"The pool was warm, clean and open until 10pm. We stayed 1 night so it was pretty good for just 1 night. I couldn’t have stayed longer because the room wasn’t that clean. For the price we paid it was a huge room with a separate bedroom and full kitchen which is awesome. The staff are friendly and nice. Beds were clean just everything else including the toilet were dirty and not up to good standards being a hotel in penticton which is a huge vacation destination."
