Excellent small family run inn less than one mile from the Akabane JR station. Very good value— pleasant Japanese style rooms with comfortable futons, clean restroom facilities down the hall with private toilet/shower room assigned to each guest room and Japanese style breakfast cooked as you wait: when we stayed, we enjoyed the satisfying breakfast consisting of small green salad, toast or English muffin, fresh fruit plate, juice, coffee or tea, and bacon and breakfast sausage served at a...

Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!

Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.

Stay this hotel from Sept 5- 15 on top 14th floor, newly build hotel, despite there is a train track beside it, it is actually super quiet inside the room, few step away from train station and has a grocery market place right underneath, the room is clean and modern equipped, the management dispatches clean towels every day. Would stay there if I travel near it.

The room we had was an as advertised 129sqft. Small by western standards, but workable for two travelers. The location near the south gate of Akabane was really convenient. For a friendly and authentic experience, check out the standing Izakaya that is just across the side street from the hotel.

Had a great stay! Bed and pillows were firm with the perfect amount of squish. Staff were really nice and just a minute walk away from the convenience store too.

honestly, I loved staying here. being so close to the station was incredibly convenient without any downside (like the train noise I worried about but didn't hear). the hotel itself is new ish, clean, has a laundry on site, provides coffee and tea and sundries in the lobby. There are a huge selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk and a good bakery right next door in the station.

I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, which connects to the JR Yamanote, Seibu Shinjuku, and Tozai Lines. This makes it easy to get around Tokyo, whether you're headed to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or other popular spots.

Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Extremely close to multi train station gates. They have a washing machine you can use for free along with detergent but they do not have a dryer. Extremely easy check in and check out. Temperature can be controlled by room not by floor.

I was nice that it was located close to the station, the baths were very relaxing, breakfast was a bonus, and the late check-out made it convenient with my flight departure.

This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. The staff was very kind and helpful when shipping luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. Lastly, you can take the Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus from Haneda and get...
