"While Shinjuku is a convenient place to stay, the area directly around the hotel is dirty. But the hotel s inside is clean. Also the terrace was closed to see the Godzilla head."

"Everyone was quiet during my stay which is a lucky thing. I liked that the lockers are on the same floor as the sleep pods so it’s easy to leave and take things. The shower area is well maintained. The cafe is also a great place to stay and eat take outs plus the unli coffee is appreciated. I really recommend this place and will for sure book here again next time"

"Stayed here twice and had a great time both times. The area is nice and the staff was extremely helpful and keeps the place very clean. Didn't try the in house restaurant, but the dessert/parfait operation they run at nice had some really delicious desserts and drinks. My only complaint is the hostel's towels are very thin and you're only allowed one for the stay. "Went in May. Bunk was warm but not unbearable, although had no need for the quilt. I found the mattress quite comfortable, and although the compartment was small I was able to move around inside comfortably. Noise does travel easily between adjacent compartments for those easily disturbed. I fear that on one heavy-drinking night I may have been the snoring disturbance, so bear this in mind.
