The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and had a nice variety. I do think the property could be upgraded a bit-it looked a bit worn.

Pre-paid for a room which apparently was not even available. Then the room we did get, the faucet is broken so we were unable to use the sink, black specks on the sheets, cat/dog food on the floor, and a nasty old toilet seat. I would have spent the extra $40 on a better hotel.

Had to stay here on 3/4 b/c storm knocked power out. People live here. BBQ grill outside. Dirty towels hung on racks and sheets with I'm assuming is make-up. I was too disgusted to go and speak with someone at the front desk about this. You can hear people conversations in the hallway. Trash in corner in bathroom. Check out is 11, room service knocked on and entered my room at 10:53 after one knock while I was zipping my jeans and fastening my belt. Like come on?!

This was a nice place to stay. We had a dog and cost was $30 very fair compared to the other fees for dogs at the other hotels. It would be nice to have a TV guide in room to see channels available.

Why would you rent rooms with the hotel in this condition? Burst water pipes have ruined 1/2 of the rooms, the elevator out of order, (third floor room!!!) stepping over power cords for 100 SUPER LOUD, all night drying machines, no breakfast, and yet we paid more than $100 to stay there? That is why you have insurance so you don't have to put guests at risk, you aren't being deceptive, and could even advertise that your hotel is out of order so guests booking online would know??? Or at least agree to refund and let us go elsewhere. What a mess.
