“The property itself is fantastic. Great location inside the gates at punta mita, access to golf and other resort amenities (including beach clubs), and we liked that it’s very close to town if you want to go to shops or dining outside the gates.For us, there were some challenging logistics as we traveled with our 5 children (the youngest being 5 months). You really need a golf cart to enjoy punta mita and this property does not come with one. I found it very stressful to have to deal with that……

It was away from the business of the smalls towns and cities on this coast and we loved it. Serene, peaceful, respectful guests.”

“Seamless airport pick up, check in and communication. Nicely appointed large condo with lots of shade and deck infinity pool. Nice golf cart for use. While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf. The entire coastline has been privatized, and you cannot simply walk to any of the surf breaks. You can access El Faro from Sufi, the only place you wont have to pay to access. Long……

“This was our third time to Punta de Mita and our first stay at this property. Wonderful location overlooking Stinky’s surf break which my brother, sister and I enjoyed longboarding throughout the week. The surf was fairly small but fun nevertheless. The property was clean and spacious. A few small issues such as one of the TVs not working and kitchen could have a few more cookware but overall we’re pleased with the furnishings. Walking distance to many restaurants and taco stands. Easy parking……
