“Highly highly highly recommend - staff was super friendly and from check-in I was immediately offered refreshments after a long day of travel. Location is also conveniently a 5 min walk from the metro and has so many things to explore in the neighbourhood (including the restaurant downstairs which I also really liked!). Even the details - honey packets, oat milk creamers, the welcome card, le labo toiletries, and the speaker in the room. Felt very well taken care of during my stay.”

“The best part of this new hotel would be the friendly staffs. They added so much to this place. As to the design, we've found out that it somehow would be not practical enough. By the way, the breakfast was delicious, compared with many hotels in our Europe trip this time. It's worth trying.”

“房間整潔，員工服務好，十分有禮貌，有免費私人spa房可以訂，但注意早點訂，否則會滿。酒店交通方便，近地鐵站及部份主要景點。”

“酒店分為兩翼，因為單獨出行，考慮安全因素沒有定有露臺的房間，結果入到酒店房完全同照片上看到的不同，只有露臺房間才能看到一大片綠化景象。我本以為沒有露臺也是看到這樣的風景，只是無得行出去同細啲。結果沒有露臺的房間在另外一棟，同民宿無乜分別。如果介紹寫清楚我不會預定沒有露臺的房間，期待很高，所以比較失望。 另外，酒店外的地鐵站在擴建，如果要攞大行李搭去火車站方向，只能行樓梯。從火車站過嚟就有另一個無障礙通道可上，不過要拖箱行遠啲。”

“Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.”
