This is one of two homes on this large, open spaced piece of property. There's plenty of room to spread out and feel like you're in the country. You can hear the water flowing over the rapids and see the Gruene water tower lit at night. Deer make it a habit to stroll across the large lawn and graze when the sun goes down. This home has river access and is just a short walk to Gruene. Three bedrooms , two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room with a large screen T.V. Outside you can enjoy sitting on the covered porch while looking down the lawn at the flowing river. The deposit will hold the reservation. Payment in-full is due 28 days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a credit for another reservation to be used within one year.
