“Excellent quiet location for a relaxing vacation. Housekeeping and other staff were pleasant. Disappointed there was no dresser or closet for 2 people to unpack our clothing for a full week stay”

“Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.”

“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”

“The shower - the water is not strong enough for me to clean my long hair well. Beside. There’s no option to move the shower head which makes it difficult to just rinse my feet when I choose to.”

“Free breakfast but just pre-packaged bakery and basic tea/ coffee”

“The hotel is nice and modern and overall clean. Our biggest complaint is that housekeeping did not come to service our room and when we asked reception they simply said that housekeeping had finished for the day. The rest of our party in other rooms had the same issue.”
