This hotel property has a very wonderful and attentive staff. The property was clean or being cleaned all day. The room was a bit smaller than picture but the price equaled to what you got. Only complaint is how small the bathroom is so the getting out the shower to toilet ratio is off should have been spaced out better. The bar food and drinks also amazing. There is a small store corner in hotel way over price so go to the corner store “Brothers” for all store needs instead.

We like the location, near the attractions in the French Quarter, and next to the green trolley stop. The street side rooms can be noisy on weekends, we got used to it. Great service and comfortable overall.

Several outlets in the room didn’t work and the room smelled like pot. Elevator was kinda janky and staff didn’t seem too happy to help. Hotel was a walkable distance from the French quarter and bourbon street though.

Everything worked fine, facilities and room were kept clean. Rooms are quite small though. I had to wait a while for check-in, as the front desk personnel had been away. Neighbourhood isn't quiet by any means, but at least it's convenient and very close to the French Quarter and other nice places.

The air conditioning didn't work and I was told there was no option to switch rooms or fix it. I tried lifting the carpet to adjust the chair and it was so humid in the room, it was wet underneath. I stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned the room. I asked if they could please send someone up and they never did. I had to track down someone in the hall to get towels. It was not a great experience. Would never stay again.

We went for our 14th anniversary. We stayed 3 nights. Everything was pleasant and we had no complaints. The location is great. The streetcar stops right at the corner and famous streets are in walking distance.
