Overall, a nice hotel. We had upgraded the room and thought it would be a little bit larger and had a balcony. The room was small and the balcony was not very big. Our air conditioner was running non stop and we froze for 3 nights. Coffee maker in room had to be replaced. Also the water in bathroom was not hot. Food in the restaurant was too exotic.

Very nice hotel within walking distance to all the touristy things in NOLA. Some updating is needed, and if you're looking for quiet this will not be your spot because it is located in the heart of it all and noisy by nature. But, we enjoyed the location and the front desk staff could not have been friendlier.

It’s obviously an older hotel like most others in the French Quarter. The hallways give an American Horror story vibe but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Overall it was great.
