“Staff was very accommodating”

“Tv wouldn't work correctly. Pool closed. Elevator not working. Ceiling and walls has plaster coming down. Curtains for looks only I guess as they wouldn't close to keep out street lights. Pillows were really soft n comfy was only positive. Refrigerator had food from previous”

“It is our favorite place to stay. We enjoy the clean property and friendliness of staff. Breakfast has nice variety of food to choose from. You can't go wrong if you choose the Essenhaus Inn!”

“Beautiful room, which was spacious and clean. The towels were thin and flimsy and the cheap plastic toilet seat kept sliding around when I sat down on it, a safety hazard for elderly patrons. Otherwise, the property was wonderful!”

“Needs a good little clean around the baseboard. Other than that nice place.”

“I reserved 3 rooms...one room had a strong odor of urine, 2 of the refridgerators had a lot of frost build up in the freezer section and 1 microwave was filthy! The "breakfast" was supposed to be from 6-9am. We went to the lobby at 8:30 and was disappointed to find all the gravy and biscuits gone. When we asked the gentleman that was at the counter, he informed us that there were no more! He didn't even appologize for our dissatisfaction of the available breakfast items. I would not reccomend……

“I tried to cancel my room due to a sickness. Was told I had to present a Doctors note (yeah… like when you were a kid) for them to consider a refund. Nah, I’ll just say and get my sickness all over the facility.”

“Loved the pool & hot tub. Basketball goals & tether ball are out back too. Nice! -- Free breakfast is amazing, so many choices even special order omelets.”

“No elevator, but they carried our suitcases upstairs for us. Clean rooms and very quiet”
