Just renovated with a new complete kitchen, Sorry no icemaker. 2 new bathrooms, both with walk in showers and glass shower doors. Beautiful new wide plank floors throughout the condo. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and an electric Lazy Boy recliner for relaxing and watching TV on the new large screen.
Enjoy your meals and card games around the banquet table with views of the ocean. Master bedroom has a king bed, new TV and a door out to your private balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a new TV. Washer and dryer are onsite but not in unit. Monthly rental only.

Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! Beginning May 5, 2025, exterior painting will commence on stacks 1–7. As part of this project, balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to briefly enter your unit to complete the work.

Please be aware that during this time, a plastic protective coating will be placed over windows and sliding doors to prevent any paint-related damage. Additionally, you may notice painters and equipment around the property throughout the duration of the project.
