Great place to stay!

Very well decorated, comfortable furniture, very clean, a nicely equipped kitchen. Unit is close to beach and walking trails, great location to restauranrs. Host very good at communication

Great vacation experience

This was one of the nicest and easiest vacation rentals we had ever had. Every detail was considered. The villa is perfectly equipped and spacious. The villa is very private and in excellent location to beach access and amenities. Communication with our host Jill was excellent. We hope to return!

Sun, Fun and all the Beach toys!

Seclusion was perfect! Everything was as described in the listing and photos, but better. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and an awesome beach tent made the trips to the beach easy and extremely comfortable. Sea Woods had nice walking trails for our 4 legged family member. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking up our beach favorites! Communicating with Jill was super easy. She provided all necessary check-in info well in advance of our stay and was available via text should we have needed anything. Would most definitely stay here again!

Had a great time!

The place is huge, clean, smells great, everything works, no mold, no bugs, quiet, very convenient parking, very close to a Family Dollar Market. This is probably the closest unit to the pool in the whole complex. And who leaves their guests water and snacks, including doggy snacks? Family, that's who! And that's how we felt the entire stay.

Exceeded expectations!

My family and I stayed 6 days and found the home to have everything to accommodate us!! From the beach accessories, the high chair, the pool and beach within walking distance, crockpot, toaster, and laundry in-unit!! If we are ever in the area again we are sure to stay with Jill again, she had THE BEST communication prior/during/and after our stay. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at "SEACLUSION". The place has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time at the beach. We loved the location! So close to the beach. The house was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable! We loved the boogie boards and beach chairs that the owner Jill made available for us. She was also amazing at communicating with. She gave us great suggestions about the area: good restaurants and places to see. This was very helpful! Thank you Jill for making this a perfect vacation for our family!

Villa with excellent attention to detail

We loved our stay at Seaclusion - a lovely home away from home. So many little details that made our trip easier and better! We ended up cooking in for several nights and the kitchen was one of the best equipped my mother and I have ever used. My husband had to do a little bit of work on our vacation and he really appreciated the extra monitor to hook up to his laptop. The host was easy to communicate with and ready to help us figure out anything questions that arose. I would absolutely stay at this property in the future.

Family Staycation

This property was amazing. It was minutes from beautiful beach and was one of the most comfortable and inviting vacation rentals we have ever been to. The layout was perfect from our family's needs, especially my granddaughter's dog Nash! It made her vacation to have Nash with us! Our host provided everything we could have asked for, from the gift basket to the crabbing nets. We had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The host were always available by text to send information before and during our stay as well. I highly recommend this host's vacation rental! We look forward to staying again!

Amazing Get Away!

Traveled to Florida to spend time with my girlfriends daughter, a Sailor in the U.S. Navy stationed at NAS Jacksonville. Found this VRBO as a last resort during the busy holiday (Memorial Day) weekend 2022. Wow, did we ever luck out. EVERYTHING was perfect, beautiful and CLEAN. New Smyrna Beach is a hidden gem that we were luck to discover. Rented bikes, took the dolphin tour, spent everyday at the beach and ate at incredible restaurants including JB's Fish Camp and the Tree House. Will mark this as one our favorites out of many that we have visited.

Beach Home Away From Home

We loved our stay at Seaclusion! Jill (owner) provided tons helpful info prior to and during our stay. Everything we needed and more was provided (from welcome basket to beach chairs, towels, and toys). Pics of the property do not do justice - the place far exceeded our expectations. Well stocked kitchen supplies, coffees, spices, etc... We needed very little of our own. Day trips to inlet for surfing, swimming in nearby springs, viewing manatees and gators, and even watched a SpaceX launch up close (thanks to Jill giving us a heads-up via text message - could have seen it from the nearby beach, but decided to drive down to Playalinda beach for closest possible viewing-Spectacular!).

Fabulous!

Awesome to work directly with an owner through VRBO! Jill was the best host I’ve experienced. She communicated thoroughly before, during, and after our stay. The home was as described and certainly our home away from home for a month. Very well stocked and more amenities than I’ve ever seen at a rental. It’s obvious her own family vacations/lives here because of all the extras (eg beach towels, chairs, comfy towels, beds, and pillows, etc.). Condo had everything even down to the potato peeler! Awesome location short walk to beach and shorter walk to nice heated pool. Just a couple miles from fun Flagler Ave! We will be back!!!

This Villa is fabulous. The location can't be beat. They provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, anything you can think of, they have. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The dishes, silverware, and pots and pans are very nice which many rentals are not. It is right across the street from the pool and the beach access is very close. It is located in "Sea Woods" which is very safe and provides a walking path of sorts for your pets too. Another plus is full size washer/dryer in the unit. We would stay here again for sure. The owner, Jill is super helpful and is very easy to deal with and communicate with. We would give this villa an A+

Fun Quiet Beach Getaway

We were very familiar with SeaWoods from our beach house real estate search, and there's no better way to check out a community than staying there. It did not disappoint. The villa was clean, tastefully decorated and inviting. I found myself relaxing and feeling like I was in my own home. The layout is great for families as the kids were on the opposite side from the master so we could still watch TV and hang out after they were asleep. The walk to the beach was short, although most of the time we drove our rented golf cart! After the beach, we headed to the pool, which was conveniently located directly across the street. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had a blast, thank you for hosting our family.

Nice quiet spring break

Place is located in a quiet subdivision a short walk from the beach (couple of spots free of charge if you need to if you get there early). Many other nice beaches in the area (National park, Dunes park), most have parking fees. Conveniently across the street from a nice clean pool. Owner was incredibly helpful giving us local recommendations and suggestions and responsive throughout our stay. A bit of a drive to Flagler if that’s your thing (but still <15 min even with Flagler “traffic”). We were looking for something more low key and quiet and this fit the bill (no partygoers or late night crowd). Property has most everything you need stocked. Not much outdoor space or grill but that’s what the nice grounds and excellent local restaurants are for.

Absolutely Perfect!

Where to start. The villa was immaculate. The pictures do not it justice. It is very comfortable, quiet and very upscale with more than you could ever need to enjoy the beach and the local attractions. The neighborhood is simply beautiful, with a lot of shaded trails which our dog and I really enjoyed, and very friendly locals. Jill is fantastic hosts! Our entire stay was stress free and Jill really went out of her way to make us feel at home and help us truly enjoy our stay. Her recommendations were spot on and helped us find things we could not have found on our own. Finally New Smyrna Beach is a treasure! This was our first trip but we are already making plans for our next trip. So much to see and do, so much fun laid back beach character, great restaurants, great fishing, friendly locals and beautiful weather. I think this is the best beach town in Florida and Seaclusion is the perfect choice for lodging! Thank you Jill!

Amazing 2nd time stay!

This was our 2nd year staying for a month at this wonderful property. Everything is better than described in the listing. You can tell Jill, the owner, and her family vacation here as well because EVERYTHING possible that you need for a short or long stay is provided. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, we were greeted again with a basket of treats, and all the starting TP, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. that anyone needs. Communication is proactive, friendly, and just all-around awesome. Community heated pool is wonderful and just a short walk. Wake up to a sunrise walk on the no-drive part of the beach just a short walk across the street. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to New Smyrna. WONDERFUL!

Fantastic Rental & Experience!

Wow, Jill really thought about everything to ensure we had the best and easiest experience possible. This rental was spotless upon arrival and filled with towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, kitchen needs, blankets, a welcome snack pack and waters, etc. 2BR, 2Bath was perfect for my family so my teen had her own space/room. The living area was cozy with DirectTV and comfy love seat/chair. Walking distance to all 3 pools in villa and to the beach. Our experience was excellent. Jill was SO communicative before, during and at check-out. So helpful and kind. Thanks for everything! Literally, no complaints (only note is the bulbs are very bright/white in main dining area, but that's just a preference!) We loved this rental and will hope to book again when we visit our friends in NSB. Highly recommend. Thanks, Jill.

Stay over New Year’s 2024-25

We enjoyed a 5-night stay at this property over the New Year period. For a couple and one additional adult the space was perfect. The villa is very comfortable, well appointed, & private. Two rainy days were spent in part playing New Smyrna Beach-nopoly & other board games Jill has stocked the place with. NSB is a cute town and was a pleasant break from Miami
