The black car service that we arranged from the hotel was 45 minutes late to the airport to pick us up. When we arrived to check in, we were told that they didn’t have any more of the type of room that we had a reservation for and they wanted us to check back out the next morning and check back in when that type of room became available 🙄. The people at the desk and bellmen were helpful with directions and getting us to the right subways tho.
