The only reason I’m not giving five stars for anything is because we happen to be there on a weekend of the Puerto Rican parade, which lined up directly in front of the hotel, enclosed down fifth Avenue, right next to the hotel. Because of this, and not being warned of this, we spent an hour and a half looking for alternate parking garages. Took long because of so many streets that were closed around the hotel. Hotel itself was fine.

The location is great, near subway station and buses. Around 5 minutes to Times Square. A lot of good restaurants around the hotel. The only bad thing is the AC is too loud which is disturbing sometimes

I would definitely stay here again. The property is in a perfect location. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had previously read reviews about the elevators being slow and that’s just not true they are fine people just need to have patience.
