We were welcomed by the friendliest front desk staff after driving from the Midwest extremely tired and were given a beautiful corner room with a view to Times Square. The pool, the pool bar and the rooftop bar and food were excellent. Would stay here again!

Check was quick and easy. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The view from the outdoor seating was unique and a nice experience. The margarita wasn’t the best but I’m not a drinker. Overall, we have enjoyed the experience and will recommend.

The breakfast needs work . Ice coffee not great . Bacon hard is a rock ! sausage cooked to death. Home fries definitely frozen . Just not good .
