A typically worn and cramped midtown hotel, but with recent updates to rooms and public spaces and with reasonable rates. One of two elevators was out of service during our stay and we had to climb stairs often. Staff was courteous but housecleaning did not show on one day.

Great location, within walking distance to many NYC tourist attractions and Times Square. Felt safe walking around the area at night. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping was great. No bar fridge in room but didn't need one. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location of the property was great and the gentleman who helped us check in was very pleasant. The strong perfume in the lobby was overwhelming, and we didn't really like that. Also, the elevators ran very slow, making it hard to get out of the building at times. Other than that the hotel was decent, and provided us with exactly what we needed for this trip.

Overall stay was excellent. Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only comment on the room is the body mirror. Perhaps place it on the wall without anything blocking it as opposed to having it next/behind the bed where it’s inaccessible. Aside from that, we are satisfied with our stay.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (8 and 12). We had one of the king 2 room suites). We had loads of space and the room was excellent in terms of layout and amenities. Public spaces are ok too - small reception area, restaurant/bar and free coffee in the mornings in reception. It’s not the newest of hotels but it’s pretty quiet, and in a really good location. Staff were really helpful and when we had a couple of issues in the room they were resolved quickly. The one thing that could have been done differently is that the sofa bed for the kids could and should have been made up more quickly. We messaged in advance to confirm, and requested again on check in whilst we went out for a walk, but it still wasn’t done. Just tired on check in after a long flight and it meant we had a few hours of waiting where we shouldn’t have needed to. Would stay again. For sure.
