I typically don’t provide reviews here on Expedia, no news is good news.
I hated our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Times Square.
We booked this hotel specially for its ‘2 queen bed’ option. We arrived at 215p for a 3p check-in time and we’re only advised that the room wasn’t going to be ready until 3p. We were contacted at 330p that our room was available. We got to the room and there was 1 King bed and a sofa bed. There was no mention of this at the time of check-in. I called to the front desk and they were dismissive. They connected me to the ‘manager’ who only identified herself as Guest Services. She then tells me they’re sold out with no other options. Mind you, we were celebrating my daughter’s 15th birthday, and I was going to put her and her sister on this crap thin mattress.
We called Housekeeping for additional beddings for the sofa bed. They quickly responded that there ‘should’ be additional bedding in the closet… of course in an empty room, how can one miss the bedding in the closet… I’m calling you AFTER I had already checked there.
Housekeeping showed up with 1 blanket. AND when I opened it up, there were MULTIPLE STRANDS of long hair, EASILY visible on the cream colored blanket cover… CLEARLY THEY AREN'T WASHING THESE BETWEEN GUESTS.
I would STRONGLY encourage you to stay ANYWHERE else but this place. Their customer service is garbage. The location is good though, but that’s it.
