The hotel lobby is nice BUT the room (3309) I was in though a standard category was horrific, carpet was extremely stained, called to request it be changed they said they had one other room but it would be the same!! I got bites all over the bottom half of my legs ( I filled out a report) but they didn't even apologize or offer discount for my inconvenience. I had to do all the extra work to ensure I didn't bring them into my home. Doors in cabinet were broken, no bathroom fan, no full size mirror and repainted toilet seat and what looks like plaster on bathroom tiles. Location is great but rooms are horrible and need to be completely renovated or refreshed and bed bugs have to be taken care of!!

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel every year for the past 17 years. The hotel has become rundown and old, we were told by an associate that the hotel is under new management. Over the years, we had grown attached to some of the bellhops that worked there in which we see are no longer there. As I stated earlier, the hotel is old, the first room we checked into was awful, we were given another room and it was ok. I’m asking the new management to please renovate for future guests, my wife and I have come to an agreement that we won’t be staying there anymore.

First room we were given was a room that people had been smoking in…in a non smoking room. 2nd room was okay but you had to hold flush value down for 10 seconds to get toilet to flush. Air conditioning only went as low as 68 degrees . Took all night for room to cool down. Hotel rooms and towels are very old. In need of a renovation. Bright spot is the location. Staff was pleasant.

I’m sure the hotel is great. I wouldn’t know though. Because I booked through Expedia and ended up needing to change my dates and they wouldn’t even though the hotel told them to. So the room sat paid for and empty for the weekend. Maybe one day.
