The front desk, operator and manager of this hotel were the least helpful people in any hotel I have ever stayed in. They would do nothing to help us, and I ended up having to find a new hotel to stay in after I got in late on a Friday night before New Year’s Eve in NYC. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
