I obtained bed bugs while staying at this hotel. I contacted that hotel with photos and they have made no attempt to remedy the situation. Stay far away from this place the staff is horrible.

Room was very clean, nice bathroom, blackout shades. Would have preferred bottled water in the room instead of the bottle to be filled, as we never found the water bottle filler. Was told it was on even numbered floors and we were on 18. Would stay there again.
