Great location, room was perfect size for NY...who's in their room that much. We chose a room with a balcony and it was awesome. Great city views and fun! The bed was so comfortable and I love the design of the room and bathroom. The soap was amazing. Only bad part was lack of hot water in the morning. We would've called but we were in a hurry and headed out without a shower. We did take the hotel survey after and informed them of this issue and they were very responsive. We would stay here again.

An unforgettable stay at Aka NoMad Hotel New York. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The design is absolutely stunning, every detail feels intentional, warm, and elevated without ever feeling overdone.
The rooms are beautifully curated, offering a boutique feel with luxury-level comfort. The bedding was exceptional, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax after long days in the city. Housekeeping and attention to detail were consistently top-tier.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. It never felt forced—just authentic hospitality at its best.
The location is also a huge advantage—central, convenient, and perfect for exploring multiple parts of Manhattan without hassle.
Overall, this was a standout experience. Between the design, comfort, service, and location, this hotel exceeded expectations across the board. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined New York City experience.

Very welcoming team, including the front desk/lobby and the bar. Wonderful spirits selection-found my favorite scotch. The rooms are immaculately clean and well-appointed. Convenient location to Theatre District, Times Square, shopping and Penn Station. Will stay here again.
