I really wanted to give this hotel a five-star rating. Unfortunately, I was assigned a room with a connecting door, and the young guys staying next door were extremely noisy, yelling and screaming on and off until 4:00 AM.
When I first complained around 1:30 AM, the front desk kindly sent up earplugs and asked the guests next door to keep their voices down. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to care, and the noise continued. At that point, I didn’t bother calling again.
My only advice to future guests is to avoid connecting rooms whenever possible, as you never know who might be staying next door. It’s unfortunate that an otherwise pleasant stay was affected by inconsiderate neighbors. I appreciated the front desk’s efforts, but it was still a very disappointing night.
