“So there were good things and bad. The service was amazing. The front counter associates especially John, and the associates in the breakfast area were amazing and super helpful! The views were also amazing. The room and halls need updating. They look very old and you can't even tell if the carpet is dirty because of how dark it is. Chipped paint, some broken furniture. The pool is not heated and apparently while we were there the hot tub really wasn't either. It was pretty like warm. The beds……

“room was great very nice bed and lining, breakfast was good. the only issue 10 bucks parking over night, its not a major city in our 3 months tour this is the only place that charged us for parking besides SF. Also al the parking near the front of the hotel is faker parking or for electric car helloo not every one drives an EV ”
