“The rooms were clean, the balcony was great (although ours was a little small even though we have a king suite.) The 24 hour pool was nice, but they didn't restock towels. Our bathroom didn't have a trash can, which we found odd. And the lobby staff weren't exactly friendly. However, the hotel is in a great location just as you are getting into Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge. It's also a quiet property, well-maintained, and we would definitely come again.”

“I liked the pool and the hot tub area..but our rooms ceiling was dripping from something upstairs onto the loveseat and the people staying in the room next to ours had a dog that barked the whole time it was awake ..not very enjoyable...complained several times and they just kept saying we will talk to them and let them know that the dog is bothering u...said they had several complaints about said dog but nothing but a talk was done...”
