“Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues……

“We had issues with the shower handle not working properly. Maintenence came and fixed the issue but it was only temporary; by the end of our stay the problem started again. There was dried blood on the bed sheets but otherwise the room was comfortable. The kids love the separate area with twin beds. Each of my three children was given a $20 arcade game card upon check in by the front desk staff, but only two were loaded; the third card had a $0 balance when they started playing. This was……
