"We enjoyed staying here as we had a side view of the falls, I do not think the price of the room for this hotel was worth it and found it to be a bit over priced. We went up on a snow storm, only to find no parking on property. The sidewalks and such were not maintained from snow or salt. The hotel clerk was not aware if there was any valet (valet was off assisting others). The parking lot was down the road, up a back road, behind a restaurant. Again nothing was shovelled or safe to get around...

"View of hotels was amazing. But when I check in, the guest service agent was not professional. We booked 2 night 3days and including 2 breakfast. The service agent didn't checked our breakfast, so nextday morning we have to pay our meal. We had to figure out what was wrong, it consumed our time. Please train the receptionists."
