"I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Fallsview. Impressed with the view from my room, the cleanliness and the room itself. Tom at the conceirge was very helpful and gave me excellent recommendations. Overall the staff here were just so nice. Highly recommend the stay for solo travellers. Few things that can be improved: 1. I was travelling solo and was celebrating my birthday. Usually at other hotels, I end up getting some birthday perks but was given nothing here. Not even a small slice of cake. It’s like they didn’t even care. 2. Getting charged for packaged drinking water and $200 deposit for a bathrobe that didn’t even fit me well was also weird. Water is so basic, so is a bathrobe that fits. 3. Please have liquid hand wash in the bathroom instead of soap bar, better from a sanitary standpoint. I had to buy a liquid hand wash simply for the stay. 4. There is an incessant noise in the room (probably from the vent and the AC. Didn’t bother me much because I am a deep sleeper but could be an issue to others. Also, the walls of the room were not soundproof, something that can be improved. "

"Checking in was easy. We got in as early as 3pm because our room was ready. It was a room we requested and expected. Sitting and looking on top of the Fallsview was stunning. Waking up with a gorgeous sunrise was also a magical experience. A flawless room with fresh towels & beddings are fantastic plus Staff that are very helpful made us want to come back again."

"We were given a huge, clean room on the first floor, super convenient to the free parking, and the hotel right in the middle of things including a 12 min walk to the falls. "

"The property adds fees to the bill. There is a written notice at the check in counter stating there is additional resort and other fees. I ignored this notice as I thought it was included in the amount I paid to Expedia and the fees only pertained to customers paying at the counter. I was wrong. They don't tell you, Expedia doesn't tell you. In the past, if I booked a hotel through Expedia, a full amount was listed (inclusive of these extra fees). When paying, Expedia charges my CC the amount less these fees and gives me a notice stating these fees are due and collectible upon arrival and in the Country currency. There was no such disclaimer, I thought the price listed on Expedia was the full-in cost but it wasn't and when they keep "a deposit" on your card, they choose to stay silent on these extra charges. BE AWARE of extra fees. Not fair... very predatory and Expedia should not allow this practice to continue."
