Found insect on curtains as soon as we checked in. Floor was having dust on it, bathroom was super stinky and dirty. Water from tap was not even suitable to wash hands as it was not clear. Bed springs were broken. No sockets in entire room except from AC and side lamp’s plug. Entire room had very bad odour. Also staff’s service was poor. Trued knocking the office door for multiple times but no one opened the door or came to assist even for once while door had a sign of OPEN throughout the stay. I understand that it is a 2 star hotel and can’t expect any extraordinary, however, a person can expect at least cleanliness and hygiene. Pathetic place to stay.
